Ryan Copleston

MChiro, Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) | Clinic Director

Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) – AECC, Bournemouth, UK (2017).
Registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC).

My journey into chiropractic began after a spinal injury as a teenager. That experience showed me how much spinal health can influence daily life and inspired a lifelong passion for helping others avoid some of the struggles I faced.

Chiropractic has given me the opportunity to help people move better, understand their health and feel more confident in what their bodies can do. That remains at the heart of my work today.

I am not currently accepting new patients for general chiropractic care at Dunfermline Chiropractic.

New patients wishing to attend our Dunfermline clinic can book an initial consultation with one of our experienced chiropractors.

I accept new clients specifically for Upper Cervical care at Top Chiropractic Edinburgh. The Upper Cervical examination, imaging and care process is provided through the Edinburgh clinic and is not currently available at Dunfermline Chiropractic. The two clinics also have separate assessment processes and fees.

If you are unsure whether Upper Cervical care may be appropriate for you, you can arrange a complimentary 15-minute telephone discovery call with me before booking an examination.

Speciality Areas / Focus in Practice

I work with people of all ages, from office workers to athletes, with a focus on spinal function, posture, movement and nervous system health.

I also draw on my background in nutrition and exercise to help people better understand the different factors that can influence their health and wellbeing.

My current clinical focus is Upper Cervical care at Top Chiropractic Edinburgh. This approach uses a detailed examination and imaging process to assess the upper cervical spine and determine whether care may be appropriate for each individual.

What I Enjoy About My Work

The most rewarding part of my work is seeing people move more comfortably, feel more confident and make meaningful improvements to their quality of life.

I enjoy building connections with people from all walks of life and helping them understand the small, consistent changes that can support their health over time.

I am also passionate about supporting and developing the chiropractic team at Dunfermline Chiropractic so that our patients receive a consistent and individualised standard of care.

Personal Interests / Hobbies

Outside the clinic, I’m a proud dad and husband. I love food, travel and being outdoors, whether that means climbing Munros or finding new ways to challenge myself physically.

Scotland has given me endless opportunities to explore, and I take every chance I can to get out into nature.

“Small changes, done consistently, can transform your health.”
